I had a great experience meeting with a support Guru online.

We had 20 minutes to resolve particular issues with setting up LitRx, the details you can see at the top of the page of handwritten notes.

Thoughts on Customer Service

To be supportive, to offer help at a time of need, is not a trivial service to offer because people value smooth moments, even small ones, in an otherwise chaotic and often terrifying life.
